The primary commercial service for which Edge Management collects payment through its web site is for applications and applicant background information. These charges are incurred only when a user choses to enter an application or provides information to support the submited application or request sublimental application information.
In addition, the user, in some cases my be required to purchase a report that is to be used by potential employeers to evaluate the application. The user will be informed of these requirements and may choose not to submit the application and thereby not be required to pay any fees or purchase any services.
As a general rule, Edge Management does not refund any payments incurred in the submition of an application, a report or for a request for services. However, it is our goal to always deal fairly with those who use our services. In certain situations, Edge Management may at its sole discreation and on a case by case basis chose to provide a user with a refund of fees or charges.
As a rule Edge Management will always issue a credit to a customer who has been charged in error.
